Latte Cartelle began trading in 2004 when a niche in the market for drive-thru specialty coffee was recognised. Specialty coffee should no longer be the exclusive right of the café patron. We wanted to bring it to the commuter, the tradesman, the sales rep, the mum and dad who are out on the road.

After the success of our first site at the Elsternwick Hotel, our second store was opened in Hallam in December 2005. The massive response to the Hallam store proved that the coffee culture would support a network of stores on most major roads. We serve hundreds of customers daily with some customers visiting 3 times per day, every day. Our thousands of customers attest to our sensational product, our fantastic service and convenient locations.

We use our Latte Cartelle Signature Blend which is locally roasted, together with our exceptional standards of customer service our service is sensational!

In late 2007 we decided to let our customers share in the success and fun of such a business and we launched into franchising, with the sale of our first franchise site in May 2008.

Growth throughout Victoria is occurring and future expansion throughout the rest of Australia soon to occur.
